ABOUT US  We'll tell you here about what Scottish Country Dancing is really all about, who runs our branch, our newsletters, publications, where we meet, how to contact us, links to others, etc

CLASSES  There are about 3,000 Scottish Dances, so this is how we learn (some) of them and remind ourselves of the ones we have not done for a while. There are special classes for beginners. We meet on Thursday evenings for most of the year. Some folks practise on a Tuesday afternoon.

DANCES  Once you know the steps and some of the more popular dances, you are ready to go to a proper dance and to socialise. They are not just held in Leicester, but throughout the East Midlands, England, Scotland (in particular), Europe, the World!  Dancing holidays abroad are particularly popular these days.
