Dance Planner, comprising "Imminent Dances (<12 months away)" and "Planned Dates (>12 months away)", is compiled with the aim of providing dancers with the maximum opportunity to find a dance each week within an hour's drive of Leicester for 2-3 years ahead.
It is also hoped that this facility will prevent a clash of dates and subsequent disappointing turnout.
Please submit your event date (even at the planning stage) to inform others of your intentions.

1.  To add your own intended events over a year away
to the list of other planned dances in the East Midlands area:

                            with only CLUB, DATE (and BAND, if applicable/known).

2.  Nearer your event, send webmaster@leicesterrscds.org.uk  a FLYER e-mail attachment showing:
                              - date, start time, venue, postcode
                              - programme
                              - if supper included
                              - if band, name band
                              - your e-mail contact (or telephone number) for tickets
                              - other electronic information. eg Map.
