        2.  For dates over 12 months ahead details are in: "Planned Dates"   

1.  To add your own intended events over a year away
to the list of other planned dances in the Leicester area:
                            please e-mail webmaster@leicesterrscds.org.uk
                            with only CLUB, DATE (and BAND, if applicable/known).

2.  Nearer your event, send webmaster@leicesterrscds.org.uk   an e-mail attachment showing/confirming:
                              - date, start time, venue
                              - programme
                              - if supper included
                              - if band, name band
                              - your e-mail contact (or telephone number) for tickets
                              - other electronic information. eg Map.
